Error When Trying to Record an AoL Adventure

Hi, I have an AoL Scout who I am trying to add his last Adventure for him to earn his Arrow of Light Rank. MID13639963, Council 039. I am able to click on everything to record, however, next to the scout name it says v2016? When I hit apply it says ERROR.

Please advise. Thank you!

@DanielleDeGrood I do not understand this “next to the scout name it says v2016” can you send a screenshot with no personal data showing? What adventure is it?

Are you using quick entry? Try going through that scout’s profile and change the version number of the rank or adventure.

I did do Quick Entry as I had entered all of the other AoL scouts this way for the Outdoor Adventurer requirement. Even though I clicked on Current version I would get the error and v2016 was listed next to the name of the scout. I just went in under the scout’s profile and was able to change the version from 2016 to Current 2024. Thank you for reminding me that awards can be entered this way. Problem solved.
