Error when trying to remove Mile Swim award

  1. I incorrectly entered the mile swim award for a scout. He did not complete the award at summer camp. I have tried to uncheck the award/approve box and clicked on the ‘x’ by the completion date. It doesn’t remove anything and still has the scout marked as completing the award.

@JulieHirtz - were any requirements marked as completed and approved? And what is the error?

all requirements were originally marked completed and approved through quick entry with the other scout that did earn the award. This scout’s name was errantly clicked on the quick entry page on initial entry of summer camp awards. The error I continue to receive when trying to remove the completed date is in a red Error pop-up box “Unapproval/Uncompletion of requirements cannot be beyond award completion date.”

@JulieHirtz - you would need to remove the completed and approved on one of the requirements first.

Seems it ‘should’ be that easy, but I still get the red error box with the same error when I try that.

@JulieHirtz - NOT the final completed.. one of the requirements need to be backed out.

I tried that on requirement one. Unchecked the “mark as approved/recorded” box. But the completion date box is greyed out and won’t let me clear the completion date. When I click save, it gives me the same error again
