I have a Scout that just completed everything for Eagle up to his BOR. As Scoutmaster, I went to generate his draft ESRA through Scoutbook, but I am getting an error message that I do not have permissions. I can generate one for my own child, but not other members of the troop. I used to be able to do this for anyone in the troop and was under the impression that as a Key-3, I had full control and could generate these. Any help would be appreciated!
@JasonMann2 if you are using ESRA - for Eagle Application - I believe that is a known issue - the scout or family can get the application themself - which as an Eagle candidate falls in line with what I expect as a SM.

Are you going to the Scout’s page from your roster then clicking Run Report then Eagle Application? I just tested and this path is working for me.
Just to confirm, you are selecting your SM role, not your MBC role in the upper right, correct?
Thank you! That does work. I was in as SM, but I was going to the Scout’s page through the roster. Once there, I would open his rank progress for Eagle and there is a button under the rank that says “Open Eagle Application.” That is what is not working. But this report way is a great work around!
What is the Scout’s member ID (no names)? I tested the Eagle page path and that worked for me.
@JasonMann2 to go back to basics - have you tried an Incognito window?
@DonovanMcNeil It works now both in Incognito mode and on the regular way. Apparently fixed now?
No - the incognito reset your cache probably. On SB+ Incognito is a first test on most all issues as it is likely a cache
