@RebeccaForman I think I would first try logging in under an incognito / private window in your browser
Did you recently convert to a family troop?
@JenniferOlinger Yes - we did. I think the transition took place in like February??? And most scouts really expire 8/31.

@Stephen_Hornak GAH! I just looked and this morning people are no longer expired! But another mom in my unit still sees everyone as expired.
When I look at your roster, everyone is showing as Current or eligible to renew. What is the Parent’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)? Are you sure the parent is looking at 9017 and not 7017?
The parent may have a cache issue. I suggest asking the parent to use an incognito window. If this still doesn’t work, it would be best if the parent posted here so we can ask more questions directly.
