Can anyone explain how our troops ex officer can delegate some of their duties on my.scouting to a pack or troop admin?
@JerryWuebben Well an XO has very little to do. Do they also have other positions like Chair or COR? What is the BSA # of the individual - post that and we can give a more specific answer.

The person is also the charter org rep.
OK then THEY could go to my.scouting.org > Organization Manager > Position Manager > Functional Roles > then make someone COR Delegate - that allows them to do most everything the COR can do - like approving new leaders
