Fireman Chip Can't Enter

I have a child who just earned Scout Rank and his Fireman Chit. He has four places that I can enter the Fireman Chit and none will work. He is the only scout in our troop that has four places (see image below) to enter. When I enter the dates and try to mark as complete, it says it saves successfully, but it will not actual complete the action.

I have Key 3 permissions and haven’t had an issue awarding this to other Scouts. I’ve tried different browsers (Chrome/Edge) and Incognito Mode. Any other thoughts?

@SiobhanChin ok let me check - there have been alot of issues with the 2 Chit awards
