Fix issues with orders from Scoutbook Plus through Scoutshop

I noticed that now when I create a purchase order in Scoutbook it gives me the option to order directly from Scoutshop.org - this is great!

Unfortunately there are two issues I have:

I have on hand a small set of merit badges, rank patches, parent pins, etc. If I create an order which includes a rank or merit badge I already have I do not have the ability to adjust the quantity. If I have all of the patches I need for a given rank or merit badge - no problem I can click the trash icon on the PO and remove it. But if I only have some (say 2 out of 3 swimming merit badges) it doesn’t let me reduce this. It would be great if Scoutbook would let me reduce the number in my PO.

The other issue I have is that it considers things like the rank card and the parent pin as restricted items. It would be great if these also got added when a rank is added - again with the same functionality to reduce the quantity if needed.

This said - my requests above solve the problem from the Scoutbook side - they could certainly also fix these from the Scoutshop side.

@MikeCleary yeah some of the restricted things are dumb. On Unit Inventory, Units have been told not to hold inventory for years. I would eat through it (approve for Scout and mark Awarded for things you have - that will keep off PO). Get rid of inventory and move forward
