I have noticed that when message content is copy/pasted from outside SB+, the message appears formatted but once sent it is not (or sometimes has random characters). Is this a known issue and if so, where is it in the prioritization of backlog bug items? With the increase of using AI to write and format, this is getting increasingly annoying.

@JonelleLancaster - where are you pasting from ? The action of copy paste from another source brings hidden formatting that when dropped into the message box conflicts with the formatting available. My recommendation is not to copy paste.
