Adults who have not been associated with the troop for over 1 year (way past any grace period) are still showing up in the permissions manager in SBP with the note - Position/Roles expired. Theselist adults are also getting event notifications. There seems to be no way to remove them - they are not registered with the troop either . Any guidance/ assistance with this clean up would help .

These are adults that are no longer part of scouting.
There are other members who have changed roles and are now only registered with either our B or G troop. We need to remove their association with the troop they are no longer registered with. We can address that later once this is done. Thanks
