I am a Pack Cub Master. On my laptop, I can get full access of all of my Cubs and their advancements. When I try to access them on my mobile phone I can only get access to my son’s advancements. My district office checked my account and it shows I only have one account. Oddly enough, on my son’s profile page under Unit Leaders tab, it shows only one of our Den Leader. I have deleted the apps on my phone about a dozen times, removed my cookies and all saved passwords. I just purchased a new phone and its still doing the same thing. I have no Access to any of my Packs information.
The Scouting app is only for parents and Scouts. You need to use the Scoutbook web site https://scoutbook.scouting.org on your mobile device to access your unit.
