Ghost youth account

While approving activities I discovered my (adult) account has a duplicate youth profile that doesn’t appear on the roster or in the change logs. Does this need to be corrected?

I do not see any duplicate accounts for you. Can you explain more about what you are seeing?

Do you also see your “normal” adult profile? If so, how are you getting to this one? I need to pass it on to the developers for investigation.

I am seeing my normal adult profile.

I found the youth profile while approving pending activities in the ‘to approve’ menu. I thought it was odd that my activity was in the advancements and approved them before realizing it had me listed as a youth. I do not see those (approved) hikes in the history, or in my activities logs

It looks like this is just a URL issue to me - it is defaulting to youthprofile/ url - which is still a bug - but just odd

Is it possible this was caused by the mobile app recording activities to legacy scoutbook? I believe they were all from late 2024
