I’ve hit several issues with a patrol of new scouts that I think was related to the patrol being created initially in legacy SB.
Here is an example error from trying to move one of these glitched members:
Error The given userld already has the Scout BSA position in the given unit - X userld: 13808960 - unit: 84A2C9A0-1887-4706-8F19-EE4E9BDC753B
…There are 8ish like this.
So it it an old patrol you are trying to move the Scout TO? or FROM?
And what exact process (step by step) are you trying?
Anytime I try to move a scout out of the patrol I get the error. If I move a scout INTO the patrol, they get stuck and cant come out. I can’t delete the patrol. I cant remove its members.
Scoutbook Legacy shows some of the glitched members as being both IN THE PATROL and in NO PATROL at the same time. But SB+ seems to be hiding that part.
@JasonNorred stay OFF Legacy - going there can just mess things up is the simple answer.
They might be in ghost legacy patrols which is a known issue
Are you trying to delete the patrol in SB+?
Yeah I’m not using Legacy any more… but this was done before the guidance was clear. Yes, I am trying to delete the patrol in SB+ or just move the scouts in it to a different patrol.
What is the Member # (no name) and issue patrol of one scout.
