it would be nice to have a 12-14hr grace period to unmark an advancement as awarded. so that PO’s don’t have to be adjusted, as these adjustments are not always caught at the scout shop.
That would be a huge lift for the software and I highly doubt Scouting America IT would entertain such a request.
@RobertWillhelm can you give an example? Do you mean a leader marked something Awarded so it did not show on PO?
no the advancement coordinator was going through and marking advancements approved, and accidently marked it as awarded. now it wont show on the PO.
All you have to do is mark the item as unawarded then it it shows on Needs Purchasing Report in Legacy Scoutbook - as long as the item is not on another PO
