Hello,

I am unable to log in to https://advancements.scouting.org/ and am receiving the following error message:

“Unable to find the person for the given GUID. - personGuid: F58F0538-0658-48E9-A678-81D1B85D0E2B”

I suspect this issue may be related to a recent attempt to merge the following two accounts:

  • Sagamore Council 162 (Kokomo, IN): Member ID 13974092

  • Northeast Illinois 129: Member ID 14718954

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

It is caused by the merge. The SUAC suggests merges not be done at the present time. I’ll try to fix this for you later tonight.
