So, I’m a den leader and I have a parent that is locked out from receiving emails and updates. How can he be unlocked? Does the parent need to unlock it? Please provide instructions on how to unlock a parent. The parent also wants to be unlocked and receive emails. I really appreciate the help! Rhianna
It sounds like the adult needs to reverse the steps (i.e. toggle the slider the opposite way) here:
