Help me merge a lapsed scout member ID with new one

The problem is all the youth’s history is under the old member ID and did not transfer/sync as when Dad renewed after it lapsed, he included a hyphen in his son’s last name so they did not find the match. Hopefully you can change a name (just add a hyphen to the last name) on a lapsed ID to make this happen.

Member ID that lapsed: 141026090 (last name NOT hyphenated)

Member ID that is current: 142036797

@RyanWalley they should merge fine - BUT are there hanging requirements on uncompleted items that need to be saved? For cubs we cannot see those. All completed things will merge. Probably merging the old version into the New one, so anything not complete (like an adventure) in old version would be lost.

That is OK. We do not need to save any hanging items and can clean up any Adventures not complete manually.

Are you able to process the merge for us - or do I need to speak to our council registrar? They initially told me it could not be done so I am happy to hear you can help.

Council can easily do it using their VST tool. It is done.

Now this only merges the SB Users - it does not put the Member IDs into management - that cannot be done until the user has a sign in - but should not effect this scout in anyway
