Help restore a scout

Hi I am a DE and one of my units P0057 in Council 95 Flint River Council accidentally deleted a Scout in Scoutbook how can they restore that Scout they are still registered just not in Scoutbook

VST can be used by council to Sync position from AKELA to Scoutbook (overnight)

Unit Leaders can look at Scoutbook > My Account > My Connections > see if they see scout and just fix the membership (Instant)

Or post BSA# and SUAC can take a look

@AaronGluck OK what happened is common - the mother, probably doing an online application, made a my.scouting.org account with the Scouts info, but her birthday. So that login is there but it goes to mothers account. The Unit needs to traditionally Scoutbook invite the mother to connect to Scout.
