Help with set start date

We have a scout member ID 140854963 who’s start date isnt set. It should be 3-1-2024

I have admin rights for the troop, but can’t get this date to update.

I read that i need to be in the admin role at my.scouting but i don’t see an option to change roles there.

There is something funny with the Scout’s account. Her membership is from 4-22-2024 to present. She also shows a past membership, with this same troop, from 3-20-2024 to 4-22-2024. Is that an issue?

Edit- i did change another scout’s name so i think i have the correct rights

@CaseySchultz1 - the date started is changed in advancements.scouting.org in the scout profile page. The membership dates in scoutbook.scouting.org will reflect changes like patrol memberships that are changed.

yes, i can get to that date. I click on it, change the date… and it doesn’t set. I dont get an error message, it just doesn’t work. I tried this yesterday and gave it 24hr just in case that was the issue. Still didnt work today.

Saved and it even says successful! But its not.

I cant get the screenshot to upload from my phone but i just reconfirmed it doesnt work.

@CaseySchultz1 - have you tried a hard refresh ?

I dont know what that is. Ive tried it from my laptop and phone though

@DonovanMcNeil A sceen share sounds great if i can access from my phone and you have time now. My connection is slow right now though. Maybe Friday is better

A computer would probably be better for the test for me to be able to see things
