Help with setting up my son's scout book account

I tried to create an account for my son following the instructions in the knowledgebase, however I never saw an option to input his member ID number. So now there’s an account with a random number that’s associated with his email address and I can’t edit or delete it. Not sure what to do next.

The erroneous account has a member ID - 142419185 and his actual ID is 14292053. Any help is extremely appreciated. I’m just trying to get his account set up so he can see his progress on MB partials.

Yes, but I found out later his account still had our old address. So it did not bring up his matched name.

the 2 accounts have the same address?? give me a few to fix

OH the DOB is off by one day between the 2 accounts - I will fix but I would have council check to make sure it is correct afterwards

OK this is now setup - but Council should check the DOB on the varies accounts
