We have been trying on numerous occasions to get one of my AOL’s added back into Scoutbook for their advancement and bridging to the troop at the end of the year. We do not have her member ID and if there is a private channel or forum, I can send their name.

The first thing to do if a scout is missing from SB+ - Key 3 should look at my.scouting.org roster as that is the official roster. If not there, the scout is not registered.
