Still trying to get the hang of this. How do I advance my dens from last year? It did not happen automatically over the summer. I saw some advice in one of the forums to click on the pencil next the den on my roster page. I don’t have a pencil next to my dens. Am I lacking a permission? As the Cubmaster shouldn’t I have all permissions? Thanks in advance
Sort the roster by den. Click the pencil next to the den name. Change to eleven and click save. Start with the Webelos den and work your way down.

Do you have other permissions/functional positions added as well (e.g. Key 3 Delegate, Unit Support, etc)? As CM, you shouldn’t need those, and having them sometimes causes a conflict that prevents the access from working as expected.
In my profile for the Pack, it appears that I have all the proper permissions. I am a District Chair and Troop ASM, but those roles shouldn’t affect my Pack permissions. I will check with my CC tomorrow to see if she is able to advance the dens (has the pencil).
Just thought I would ask. There was a similar instance of “missing” access in the last couple of days that involved having extra functional positions/permissions in one unit. Figured I’d ask since it was a potentially easy fix.
Ed or one of the other SUAC volunteers may be able to dig deeper into it than I can. I’m just a unit ASM who helps troubleshoot here.
The dens have never advanced automatically
@JohnKrayeski the several packs you are registered in you are a committee member - that would not give you access to achieve this - not sure the District position would give it. Changing the unit is more of a unit K3 act, than a District act.
