How do you edit a scout's name?

How do I get a scout’s first or last name corrected inside of Internet Advancement 2.0?

First, go to my.scouting.org and see if the Scout’s name is correct on the unit roster there. If it is not correct at my.scouting.org, then you need to contact your council to get it corrected.

I have checked. It is wrong in the same way in both locations.

When you say ‘contact your council’ can you give me a specific job title of someone I should be talking to? I want to get the right person the first time.
