How do you enter supplemental Training for Scout?

I have a Scout who earned his Certified Angler Instructor Training (CS61).
I went to Scoutbook and My.Scouting Training Manager to enter it in, but it does not show up in any of the drop downs.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
