I have a connection with the scout in the old scoutbook but when I try and click on his name it gives me an error message. i do not see him in my connected youth in scoutbook plus. could you please let me know what I am doing wrong.
@LisaKemp - if you are a merit badge counselor you have to use the merit badge counselor profile in advancements.scouting.org. Did you read the MBC guide ?
