How to assign a counselor to a scout in Scout Book Plus and directed to go to Scout Book Legacy

I click on Scout Book Legacy which has me step through the same steps to an identical looking page directing me again to go to ScoutBook Legacy to assign a counselor. How can you see if you are in ScoutBook Legacy and where are you able to see where you can assign the counselor?

Merit Badge Counselor functions are still in Scoutbook (legacy). In order to assign an MBC, you would go to an individual [Scout]'s Connections page.
