How to remove a former leader from roster so he does not get emails

I have a leader that I would like to remove from my “Select All” Leader Email. He resigned March 2018. He is not on my roster. He is a merit badge counselor for the council.

How do I take him off the scout book roster?




Go to your roster, click on his name then his positions. Click on the position he no longer holds, enter an end date and click Update.

You may also need to look through events that have already been created in the Scoutbook calendar with invitee lists to ensure that the former leader isn’t already included on those. Removing him from the roster will not automatically remove him from event invitee lists, which means he may still get reminder emails for any events to which he was invited (e.g. by a “select all” of adult leaders for the invitee list).
