WE have an adult that shows up as FROZEN in the permissions manager of SB+. In my.scouting.org they show as all current. They have recently transferred from the pack to troop but show up as frozen and in red (Term Expires).

And this is T1485? If so try an incognito window to see if it is your cache. Or did they just transfer in the last 48 hours or something?
