In Legacy SB it was possible as MBC to restrict visibility to one’s unit or district. We have a new parent volunteer who is a climbing MBC for another unit in another district, and she doesn’t show up in SB+ searches using her email address or ID. I would normally advise her to check her Legacy SB visibility setting, but that is no longer available there or in SB+. Have I missed something? How can MBCs unhide themselves these days? Even if MBCs can connect to youth from their end, our troop policy is to verify MBCs as current in training and registration before referring youth.
@JulieTreichler1 hiding you Availability is different now - they can go to their Profile > click the pen by Merit Badges I’m Counseling > Preferences > there you are Available or Busy - those are the only 2 choices. If an MBC only wants to only help their unit they can simple tell other scouts they cannot help.
I would have the user first check this setting. But I would also post the Member # (no name) here and we can check their status.

@JulieTreichler1 that user has no MBs assigned to them - so there is no reason to find them. Council needs to assign the MBC Merit Badges.
