So I had to add a scout after I accidently deleted them. I used the information provided to me by my Committee Chair and I am the only adult who has access. Every other adult leader in our org as well has parent are pending. Our Advancement Chair went in to do approvals and she could not see this scout on any of her reports. I could see the scout even resent the email for connection. The Advancement chair accepted the connection but it is still showing as pending. Anyway to fix this?

The scouts initials are AM
I am not sure what happened, but I have requested a position sync. Pack Admins / Den Admins are supposed to be connected automatically.
Alternatively, Pack Admins can also re-set their Pack Admin connections to all Scouts in the pack by going to the Pack Roster page in Scoutbook and:
- Click on their name.
- Click on their Pack Admin role.
- Make sure the box is checked next to “Position Approved”.
- Click Update.
