I am having trouble adding a counselor for my son. I have done this in the past without an issues, and I am also the Advancement Coordinator for our troop so I know that I should be able to do so.
I also am a merit badge counselor for several badges and I have had numerous parents unable to add me, and when they can not add me they make new accounts for me instead.
