My ID is 14091348 and I’m the advancement coordinator for 9017F - which is now a family troop. I was previously the advancement coordinator for 9017B and 7017G. I don’t see any of the girls on SB+ even though our unit commissioner and SM says that I am connected to the girls. I can’t tell you their IDs because I can’t see them anymore. Ideas about how to see them? I looked and their patrol (loaf cats) doesn’t show up on my filter, so it’s not like their patrol wasn’t checked.
@RebeccaForman- llegacy scoutbook connections are only for payment logs and mbc work. I think the key 3 need to make sure your UAC functional position is still listed and your permissions are set.
I would also try an incognito session to see if they are listed in the roster.
Are the Scouts on the roster of the F Troop at my.scouting.org? That is the first place to look.

I don’t know where to look on my.scouting.org for that – The SM and the Unit commissioner see the girls in the F troop.
I’m sorry, but I don’t understand. If I use incognito, I still have to sign in… so it’s not really incognito.
I am listed as Unit Advancement Chair until 8/26.
If the girls are in the F troop on my.scouting.org then we will need their Scouting America Member ID (no names) so we can investigate.
@RebeccaForman - an incognito session will rule out browser add-ins, cookies and cache.. it has NOTHING to do with you logging into scoutbook plus.

AAAHHH! You’re magic! I see them on an incognito session!!! Now how to see them on a not-incognito session? I’ll try clearing the cache.
