I have a parent not able to log into their Scoutbook account despite trying different approaches

It is Steve NAME REMOVED in my troop and his daughters are Ellory and Novella NAME REMOVED. I do not know how to help him.

It’s generally easier for the impacted individual to post, since the SUAC volunteers can get specific details from them, and even set up a screen share if needed.

If the parent needs to reset his password, the best place to do it is at my.Scouting using the chatbot (“Betty”). When it asks: “Do you remember your security questions?”, he can say No to bypass.

Yeah @MicheleHoldosh - I would suggest he go to my.scouting.org > at bottom Right corner he will see this Blue Circle > click it and type forgot password. he has a user name like his emails with out the _'s.

If not council should be able to reset the password
