I need to merge account

We have a parent with two accounts showing in scoutbook, both attached to the same email address.
ID #1- BSA ID 14298336 SBID - 12490428 (this is the good one attached to our pack and his son.),
ID #2- 13012122 SB ID- None (this is not)

Could you please help with resolving this?

I have the same issue. I have 2 accounts that I need to have merged. I hold a den leader and committee chair position and when I renewed it only renewed one position

You cannot be both a Committee Chair and Den Leader in the same unit. Your DL membership was ended on 8/31/24 when you became CC.

But when I paid to re-register shouldn’t my active position renew?

Did your Charter Org Rep approve your renewal? I see that the renewal was submitted but not completed.

I have 2 positions listed Den Leader (last year) and CC (present). When I renewed it only renewed the Den Leader. Yes, he’s approved it but it looks like I haven’t paid when I did.

You need to speak with your Council then.

It looks like the payment issue is why its not going through

I have been speaking with them. They submitted a ticket a week ago with no response so I was just trying to ask and see if there was a solution.

@DonovanMcNeil or @edavignon - in order that it not get lost, are the two BSA IDs able to be combined, using the google login?

@PatrickHoffman This is done. Please contact your council registrar and ask them to use the registrar tools to move his parent relationships from member ID 2102546 to 14298336. If this is not done, they are likely to have more issues in the future.
