Inaccurate training report

We’re seeing inaccurate SYT reports:
-Members that were previously suspended months ago (due to dropping out of Scouting) have reappeared on the SYT report.

-Members that are long expired do not drop of the SYT report.

We’ll send in a bug report but I thought we would float it here first.

Thanks for letting the forum know as an FYI. When you say bug, report do you mean a member care ticket put in by the council?

The basic issue is just cause a person drops it does not mean their membership drops - most councils do not end memberships until the membership is over by its term.
