Internet Recharter not an available menu item

I have a scouter that does not have access to Internet Recharter. The Internet Advancement still shows his participant information from 3 years ago and not his role as Committee Chair. MID 115763510 for crew 2142 WD Boyce council

@MichaelHeger This adult leader had an open position as Vice President of the Venturing crew. I have closed / ended it.

I do not know if he will have immediate access or if he will need to wait overnight for everything to sync up.
