Someone is trying to invite me to be a Merit Badge Counselor, but instead of getting an invitation code, I get an email telling me a new Scoutbook account has been created for me. The email gives me account log-in information, however, the “new” account has the same email address log-in as my standard Scoutbook account with a different password. If I try to log-on using the “new” credentials I get an error message that says “Incorrect username and/or password provided.” and when I log-in with my regular account I cannot link to the scout.
@MatthewWebster - would you be up for a test from my troop ? I could add you as an MBC for my son but i would just need to verify your council/town and or unit.
