I am the wolf den leader for a pack and I am struggling with one of my member’s profiles. We recently tried adding his dad to his profile so he received the emails. His dad’s profile is getting an error saying his parent relationship hasn’t been validated. When I try to add the parent to the Scout’s profile I get moved to the new Scoutbook and the Scout does not showing up as being in the pack, so I can’t add his dad. When I move to Scoutbook Plus it gives me an error saying “personGuidToCheckRole to check can’t be empty.” The Scout is connected to me still in Legacy Scoutbook, but I just can’t figure out how to get him back in the new Scoutbook and fix the parent’s access. Any help would be much appreciated!
What is the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)?
I have an Arrow of Light scout that, when any leader tries to add Citizenship adventure, it gives an error of the wrong version type, even though it’s on the current 2024 and can’t be changed. The Council has no idea how to fix it.

Well, he doesn’t show a member ID which might be part of my problem. The SB User ID is 14515228**.** We recently tried adding his dad, Member ID: 141918597, so I am wondering if that is part of my problem.
@SarahCallies- is this scout on the roster at my.scouting.org? A key 3 would have to confirm that.
