I can only access scouts in my troop for MB approvals. How can this get fixed to approve scouts outside of my troop?
@LexBarker it appears you are taking the wrong route. I assume you are going to My Connections - that is wrong. Go to My Dashboard in Legacy SB > the top left area of screen is My Merit Badge Counseling - all you need is there
