Issue exporting a training record

Hi,

My son (a minor) completed a few training for an upcoming campout.

We tried to export his completions from my.scouting.org but all we are getting is a “Failed to run report.” error.

I happen to be my district’s training chair so tried to export the report using my credentials but I’m getting the exact same error.

Can someone please help me out?

Contacted the Council’s training chair and she’s having the exact same issue as I do…and sent me back to this forum.

So where do we go from here?

Your council professional staff will need to open a ticket with BSA Member Care.
