Issue with a scout that doesn't appear register in the troop but is register on the Crew

Good afternoon, one of the units that I’m the Unit Commissioner had a situation that a scout with id 135863467 is register in the Crew but it doesn’t appear register in the Troop.
The scouter appear in the roster of the crew in my.scouting but it appears pending to renew on the troop roster.

Also I have a Adult leader with in the same crew and troop id 12159038 that have the same situation. Appear on the crew and not in the troop

@OmarLopez1 the Scout is a talk to Council - seems they aged out of Troop? now quasi registered as a UP?
The Adult is registered Fine
Are you looking at my.scouting.org as Key 3 or is this in Scoutbook?

@OmarLopez1 Looks fine to me : BUT all Expire Dates should now line up - Council should resolve that. The 327G might be brand new like put in today or something
