Issue with unit data metric entry for the scoutmaster

My unit’s long term camping is not showing up on the Unit Dashboard in my.scouting. I entered the camping event in the calendar and activity log on Scoutbook Plus and clicked yes under unit metric. Then I went to the Unit Data Metric Entry in my.scouting and tried to enter an Outdoor Activity. However, it keeps asking me for the completion date and I can’t seem to enter it. I have attached a screenshot. The page says it was updated tonight and shows my ID number, but it is still asking for an end date and won’t let me go back to June to enter the start date. The Unit Dashboard still shows that we have no long term camping this year. We went to summer camp June 28-July 5 2025. We are Troop 1581 and I am the scoutmaster. My BSA ID number is 122640359. The position manager shows me as Key3/scoutmaster so I should have permission. Can you help?

Although I don’t have a lot of experience with this particular issue, I had understood that the intent is either to enter the data in SB+ or to enter the data at my.scouting, rather than needing to do both. It’s pretty common for things to take up to 24 hours to synchronize between SB+ and my.scouting (or vice versa). It might require some lag time between the data being entered in SB+ for my.scouting to update.
