Issues with signing up for an event and my son disappears

Continuing the discussion from Report Calendar Issues in Scoutbook Bugs:

Hello I’m having trouble when I sign up my son for events. I can see his progress on scoutbook, but once he is signed up for a camping event he disappears.

@LynnelBienkowski we need more info to understand what you are saying. When you say he disappears what do you mean? what does he disappear from?

So I had signed up my scouts for an event with their troop and only one shows up- I can still see their level of progress but only one is attached to my profile to sign up for events. This is annoying because this is how the troop sees who is attending an event to plan food and travel to the event.

@LynnelBienkowski that is pretty much what you said before. I can setup a screenshare to take a look and understand what you are saying if you want.

So when I go into an event I only have 1 of my scouts showing up as my connections. It should be 2 scouts. There are at least 2 other families in our troop that are having this same issue. I am attaching two screen shots from scoutbook to show my 2 scouts. I’d be available for a phone call as well,

The first, and most logical question, are both scouts invited to the event? Are they on the list?

@LynnelBienkowski also - you really should not be going to legacy Scoutbook at all - it is only for MBC work and payment logs. EVERYTHING else is in Scoutbook+ - advancements.scouting.org

Yes they are both invited and Jacob had been signed up and then he disappeared

So he is there - you RSVP for the scout - and scout disappears from the My Youth Connection area for the Event??

@LynnelBienkowski yeah we need to do a screenshare so I can take a look from your view point to figure this out.

Would also say if you can reproduce and video it so devs can see it that would answer alot - as we cannot reproduce the issue.
