When messaging and clicking on “recipient” recipients do not show for key three (BSA IDs 14312062 and 134373745). Yes, they have valid SYT and are correctly listed in their positions in my.scouting.org. They had access in Legacy.
MID 14312062 parent/Scout relationships are messed up. He is listed as both Father and Son of MID 14312079.
MID 134373745 parent/Scout relationships are messed up. He is listed as both Father and Son of MID 134373744.
These issues will cause Scoutbook Plus not to operate properly. You will need to contact your Council registrar to have the bad relationships (Father listed as Son of Scout) removed. Scoutbook Plus shoud start operating properly after these relationships are removed.
Council has corrected this issue for both IDs this morning. Messaging still does not work.

It may take an overnight sync to be pushed to SB+. Let us know tomorrow if it still an issue.
Unfortunately the relationships are still not correct.
I now see 14312062 is Father of 14312079 but the reciprocal 14312079 is son of 14312062 is missing. Both are required for the systems to work correctly.
For 134373745 there are two is Father of 134373744 but no 134373744 is Son of 134373745

CC and SM still cannot populate recipients. This has been going on for 2+ weeks ever since the migration from legacy.
@BryanO_Mary - is it possible for them to post in the forums as it is easier to work with users directly. They have no issues seeing the roster at my.scouting.org?
