Key Three Access Issues

Good Morning,

I am the committee chair for our pack. I just logged into advancements this morning and noticed that the permission manager tool was gone. I was using the tool last night to make some adjustments, so I know it worked fine with full permissions in the last 24 hours. I also seem to have lost calendar access and a number of other features.

On the roster, I can clearly see I am still designated at the Committee Chair, so I am guessing this is a permissions issue.

I then checked my.scouting to see. Same thing. The key three tools AND the drop down box that allows me to select my units is gone. In addition to being Committee Chair for a pack, I am a COR for a crew (all my.scouting tools are gone) and I am a unit commissioner (all commissioner tools are gone)

Any idea what is going on here? Thanks!

@TravisDuke no idea yet - but it seems overnight some regression happened - we are waiting to hear from staff

Adding in the caveat, since I suspect it will be suggested, that I already logged out completely and cleared my cache and tried again. No luck.

I also logged out completely and tried chrome instead of edge. No good. Same thing on my iphone.

Ok, so this is a known issue and not unique to my account. Fair enough, I will wait and hopefully it resolves later today. Thanks!

Looking at my.scouting.org - my profile - under registrations it is blank for me. I am betting that is a huge clue
