An extension of this 7 year-old thread: Report Builder Request - Add support for Last Login Datetime
During an ASM meeting, we were talking about Scouts’ use of Scoutbook. I built a custom roster report to see the last Scoutbook login for some of our Scouts. Some of the data didn’t look right, so I expanded the report to all Scouts, Leaders, and Parents. Several Last Login dates are obviously very wrong. (My Scout and spouse both log in several times a month, but my Scout’s last login was listed as 3 months ago and my spouse’s was listed as 4+. I have personally seen them on the website within the last month.) I wouldn’t be surprised to have a lag of up to a week, as this isn’t hypercritical information and might require synchronization from outside of advancement records. But some records are clearly months out of date.
Our ASM team is unable to see who is/is not logging into SB regularly so we can talk to the right parents/Scouts.
