When I went to change the role of one of our leaders, he disappeared from scoutbook. He had duplicate accounts, but our council said they merged the account. When I go to add him in “add adult”, his ID shows up when I type in his email, but when I submit I get the following error “Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request. Our webmaster has been notified and will fix it ASAP!”
