(removed by Moderator) (14421544) is no longer showing up in our roster for Pack 3032 in Grand Haven. Her kids are showing up fine. She’s one of our leaders, so I need help getting her back in to assign her to her Den.

Can you please check 126174940? This leader is on my.scouting under council 544, but stopped showing up on scoutbook plus for some reason. I did verify SGY training was up to date.
@JamieHaller my guess is you ended a patrol leadership - that is a current bug - I setup a 24 hour sync

In advancements.scouting I’m listed as “position/roles expired”. In my.scouting I am listed as the Cubmaster and my registration is valid until March of 2027. My SYT is not expired either. My member ID is (removed by Moderator). Any suggestions on how to fix this? I am the Cubmaster for the Pack and also the AOL den leader.

@alexandra.browne16 I have fixed your Scoutbook accounts. If you log all the way out, then log back in again, you might have full access now. However, you might need to wait up to 24 hours.

I have a dad who put his scout as parent instead of him on the online application. We tried to fix it on my.scouting but it won’t work. Can we delete it all together so he can start over (for military discount) or is there a different way to fix it? It gave him ID 142392787
@JamieHaller that is something your Council Registrar should be able to clean up - not SUAC
I am having a similar issue. Member 110388494 is showing up on my.scouting.org but not in scoutbook plus. I got an email saying they ignored an invite but when I talked to the leader they said they had issues logging in and are not sure what happened.
@JasonMcDonald2 I have requested a position sync. Please check your roster tomorrow, after the overnight sync process has run.
