An adult leader in our pack is showing as a Scout in the payment report. That is they show with the Scouts and have a “(S)” next to their name instead of a “(P)” or “(L)”. HELP!
Earlier in the fall their account “became” a cub accounts when their den was promoted to the next year, so I assume this is somehow connected to that.
The Scoutbook account attached to that MID is an adult account. Can you get the Scoutbook UserID you are looking at? It is on the profile page below the MID.
