The Cubmaster cannot enter an advancement for a particular Cub Scout #141841024. It gives him the following error: There are user adventure requirements for given user id and version id-user id: 14435206- version id: 319. Attached is a screenshot of what the leader sees when he trying to enter advancement for that Scout.

Update on issue, the leader was able to add other adventures for that Cub Scout. It seems that the Footsteps adventure was the culprit. he still can’t enter the date for that adventure. Let me know if you have any solutions to this issue.

He was trying to enter the date the Cub Scout earned the adventure.

Devs are also suggesting a Hard Refresh = Refresh page + Shift key - or try an incognito window
As for my issue, is a hard refresh recommended as well? I do not know what steps my volunteer did to get the error. I assume he logged into Scout book Plus, clicked on the Cub’s name and then on the Wolf rank and then on the adventure. It might be easier for the leader to give me the date for the adventure and for me to enter it myself until you guys get the problem worked out if the refresh page shift key doesn’t work.
