Leaders disappeared

Hello! I was moving scouts from one den to another and Scoutbook+

First, deleted the two dens with movement. I was able to rebuild these.

Second, I lost two of my leaders (140583955, 140251952) from the roster. They are both in Myscouting.org but now no longer in Scoutbook+. Can you please resync?

What were the steps you followed? The SB+ process was supposed to prevent dropping youth and scouters when reassigning them. It’s kinda concerning if that issue has reappeared.

@JeffreyDe_Zort what exact actions did you take? did you go to Legacy scoutbook (scoutbook.scouting.org)? It seems to have been happening at the same time the unit charter processed

I was in scoutbook+. Went to “Edit” the den. Removed a number of scouts out of the den. Then when I went to reassign them to another den. . . all of my wolf and webelos den was completely gone. All members were labeled as “unassigned”. I rebuilt the dens by creating new and then moved everyone back to where they belong. One den leader was able to be moved back in. The other two (listed in original post) are no longer part of the roster for me to select.

We had rechartered at the beginning of the year and had some issues with access in January. Everything has been normal the past few weeks. We even ran reports just this week.
